Hi,
Are you able to access other website except Microsoft websites and antivirus websites? Can you ping Microsoft websites and antivirus websites?
Best Regards,
Vincent Hu

As an FYI using ping to troubleshoot access to Microsoft web sites is really a non-starter as most of them are behind routers/firewalls that disable ICMP.Paul Adare

Hi,I suspect that there is some setting blocking the network traffic. Since it is a Windows Small Business Server, I suggest that you post the SBS newsgroup for further assistance. They are the best resource to deal with SBS-related issues. For your convenience, I’ve included the link of Windows Small Business Server discussion group:SBS 2003http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.windows.server.sbsSBS 2008https://connect.microsoft.com/cougar/content/content.aspx?ContentID=8333Thanks. Having a virus on the system will commonly cause what you're seeing. Do you already have anti-virus software on that system? If so, you may want to download the latest updates for your AV (from a different system), transfer/install them on the problem system, and then run a full scan. It's not uncommon for viruses to update the hosts file, so check there too. It's typically located at c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts. If the AV scan turns something up, or the hosts file was modified, then it's time to look into how a virus got on your server (were people using it to browse the internet, etc.) If neither the AV or hosts file turn anything up, it definitely doesn't mean that your system isn't infected. If there weren't other system/network changes that were made recently, you may want to consider using an alternative scanning method, or starting more advanced digging into anything running on the system that shouldn't be. Good luck, Dan Holton
