hi. can any one help? a boot virus got into my computer. we formatted the hard drive, bought a replacement disk from microsoft. installed the disk and went through all the instuctions. activated it on the phone. the computer shut down and wouldn't start up unless we booted it with a floppy. then it all started again. tried several times. when we do the checks it says everything is working regards
