Hi,
Have you tried allowing anonymous access from the printer? Also, does
the printer have a way for you to enter credentials to use to access the
share?

Hi,
On July 1st we will be making Windows Server 2008 R2 General forum read only. After receiving a lot of feedback from the community, it was decided that this forum
is a duplication and therefore redundant of the
General Forum. So, until July 1st, we will start asking customers to redirect their questions to the
General Forum. On June 11th, CSS engineers will move any new threads to the
General Forum.
Please post a reply to
the announcement thread if you have any feedback on this decision or the process. You can also email
WSSDComm@microsoft.com.
Thanks.

Hi,
This problem may be caused by your security settings on Windows Server 2008. To narrow down the cause, please help to collect:
On DC, open GPMC, right-click Group Policy Result, choose Group Policy Result Wizard, follow the wizard to collect a report of the Windows Server 2008 system. When it finish, right-click in the right-panel, choose Save Report. If you would like other community
member to analyze the report, upload the file to Windows Live SkyDrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/), and paste the link here, if not, you can send the file to
tfwst@microsoft.com.
