If you have sufficeint memory you can decrease the size of the pagefile on c: drive. Right click Computer | Choose Properties | Go to Advanced Tab | Choose Performance | Advanced Tab | Virtual Memory | Click change. Here you can set your page file size.
Please remeber you have to have sufficient memory to decrease pagefile size you can monitor that using performance counters: Paging File | Usage and Usage Peak
Deleting folders from c:\Windows is not recommended unless you know what you are doing (for example some services store log files under C:\Windows)
With kind regards

you edit the pagefile settings by right clicking my computer, properties, advanced, virtual memory or pagefile (don't have 2003 in front of me). you can also move the page file to another disk.
you can free up some space by deleting profiles that aren't being used, and deleting internet explorer cache files. you can save your event log files to another drive and delete those too. if that doesn't free up enough space then uninstall whatever application
is eating up all of your space and install it somewhere else. good luck

Hi,
In addition to moving or reducing page files, you may also consider to move the Active Directory database file, Ntds.dit, and the Active Directory
log files to different drives. For the detailed steps, please refer to the following Microsoft KB article:
