broken link
i'm having problems w/ a website that i'm trying to edit & put together, the place i bought it through gave me a link to do my edits (in which i have been doing for about a month now w/ no problems), but all of a sudden it says that the website can't be found & that it may be a broken link......i suck at computers & don't have a clue what to do, all i know is i have 2 computers at my house that are doing the same thing but i tried the link at my mom's house & it works there.....please help, i have to get my website up! thank you, lindsay

Hi Lindsayyoder,Customer has hosted the website appropriately , if not you would have not accessed the web site from your mom's house.What is that it is difference in your envirnonment than compared to your mom's environment ?have you checked if you are able to browse other websites ?How are you accessing the website ? ( you could try access the website using the IPaddress just to confirm if your DNS is not setup properly ) How are you reaching to internet ?
