i register free trial  but it detected 61 inr from my account . why i have pay 61 inr??

how can i remove my card from this account ???

You will not be charged any more for the 1 month Free trial until you finish your Free trial and buy a Pay as you go subscription.

However, If you still like to cancel an Azure subscription simply go to the Account Portal, select the subscription, and cancel it.

In addition, base on my experience, If your free trial is expire,  MS will delete your information include the card information in one month.
