i have around 5000 entry in Biztalk spool table .

the entries are of 1 years .

i just want to know best practice for delete entry of spool table .

Assuming there is no specific reason for these, such as Suspended Instances, run MessageBox Viewer/BizTalk Health Monitor for an analysis of the situation.

It's possible/likely it will recommend running BizTalk Terminator.

I think the best option is to use the tools shipped by Microsoft only which includes health check by "BizTalk Health Monitor" and then using the BizTalk terminator to resolve the issue:
