azure to listen to specific ports
"how can I listen on a specific port and allow external clients to connect to my server? I need to run a service on my cloud server to accept incoming connections anytime"

We'll need a little more details :)
- How will you run your service ? in a VM, a Cloud Service ?
- What tech are you using ? C++ raw socket handling ? WCF ? Java ? NodeJs ?
In a VM, you can open ports as you would for your own on-premise servers, firewall rules will be editable in the management portal, for cloud service, I'm not sure it is changeable after publishing but it's part of your installation pa
