ask - configure Windows 2008 R2 with windows 2003.

Hi,

I just recently bough new server and installed windows 2008 standard R2.

in our environment, condition is:

- clients run under windows xp pro and windows 7 pro

- there is a file sharing and database server run under windows 2003 standard.

this new server will be allocated as domain control server. how to make good configuration, and what are I need to prepare it (ae: update xp to sp3)?

Each OS you run should ALWAYS use latest available service pack and ALL updates. So install them ASAP.
