additional domain controller
I have 1 primary domain controller (PDC) in my domain, windows server 2003.
And now I want to configure another machine to be an additional domain
controller, windows server 2008. Can I configure IT.With warm regards, Kiran Sawant

Hello,
you have to prepare your forest and domain for the add of the 2008 server.
All steps are mentioned in this Microsoft guide: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc731188(WS.10).aspx
One done, run dcpromo and promote the additional DC.
Note that it is recommended to have at least two DC/DNS/GC servers per domain.

Yes, you can confiure once you run adprep and forestprep.
