Hi, To automatic add users or groups ,take a look at Group Policies -> Restricted groups or Group Policy Preferences.Jens Ole Kragh MCITP, MCTS, MCT, Microsoft TechNet Influent Denmark http://jensolekragh.spaces.live.com/

After you join it to the domain you can add any domain members to the built-in groups on local machine Start|Run|lusrmgr.msc Regards, Dave Patrick .... Microsoft Certified Professional -Microsoft MVP [Windows]

Are these computers part of the domain? If so, go the properties of the folder and then security or share tab. You can add users from your domain there. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753731.aspx Santhosh Sivarajan | MCTS, MCSE (W2K3/W2K/NT4), MCSA (W2K3/W2K/MSG), CCNA, Network+ Houston, TX http://blogs.sivarajan.com/ http://publications.sivarajan.com/ This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.

As said, if the Windows 2003 (share) is in the same domain as the pharmaplast.lan, you can just do the steps (control panel .... user accounts ... add ... browse the domain) as user accounts are domain accounts. If it is not in domain, you will need to share files to a local user and provide the local user's password and username to domain users (if not you) so they can access the shared folder.
