Mike, thanks for your responce Since i downloaded the server software trail version, from "microsoft" no cd key was provided, i have no cd key at all. The activation screen ask for a cd key and will go no farther without it and no other options are displayed i will try the phone call link you gave. if this changes your suggestions, please let me know. customer willing to buy.
