XP shutdown problem
Running XP SP3 on a Dell Vostro 200 just a few months old. Every time I go to shut it down, I have to do it twice. That is, I hit the windows key, then "U" twice, and nothing happens. The I do the same keysequence again and the machine shuts down. Anyone have any ideas? I assume it is something in the registry. Thank you very much for your time.
