Workgroup to Domain file access
Hi, I have an SBS2003-based network comprising SBS2003(non-R2) server, Win2003(R2) member server (XTRA) and a Win2000 terminal server (TS) which is not a domain member. Domain users are e.g. domain\user1 password1 etc. If I add these the same usernames & passwords as a local user on TS then those users, once logged on to terminal services have immediate access to shares on SBS (which is good) but cannot access shares on XTRA without entering their domain credentials each time (which is bad). All shares have the necessary rights assigned to Domain Users. How can I eliminate the need for the sign-in to XTRA? Regards richard.

Solved this myself making use of NET USE in login script and including /user:domain\%USERNAME% parameter. No need to specify password fortunately. R
