Hi,

We have created a blob storage to store the newsletter content and attachments. I have implemented a worker role which send the newsletter from the storage via sendgrid.

This process was working perfectly from an year.

It stopped working from yesterday and seems to be working randomly. 

Same process is working fine from local copy. 

When I checked in azure portal I can see below error:

Failed to query API services for subscription 'xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx'.
Failed to query operational insights workspaces for subscription 'xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx'.

I am not sure if these are related.

Any suggestions would be great help to me.

Hi there,

I would suggest going through the following proces:

• Verify on the portal there are no warnings. f.e. spending limits, burned out credits etc.
• Check the Azure service status to see if there is anything going on in you region (doesn't seem to be the case).
• Use storage analytics to detect any suspicious entries.
• Contact support team by creating a support ticket here. It could be the something is wrong at the account level.
