Wont boot after windows update

Earlier today i started some updates on my server that is running Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, after it went to reboot for the update it now sits at a blinking underscore at a black screen, i tried doing a bootrec.exe /fixmbr and fixboot, but it did not help, and i think that is because the boot image for the recovery dosnt have the drivers for the raid card so maybe its not seeing the boot volume? what would be the best step to try for fixing this? thanks in advance

Server specs

Supermicro X8DTN+ Mobo

Intel Xeon 5650x2

128GB DDR3

12 Seagate SATA constellation Drives 1TB

3Ware 9650se-8lpml Raid card x2

there are 3 volumes, 8 drives are in a raid 5 with a 100gb volume carved out for the boot volume, and the remaining 4 are in a raid 10 on the second card with no boot volume.

You can remove them offline.

This will not work for me as the recovery console cannot see any of the volumes because windows does not have the drivers for the raid card by default. the only drive i can see in the recovery console is the bootable flash drive itself.

I fixed it by starting to go through the install up to the point where you select a hard drive, added the raid card driver there, and then backed out of the install, selected the recovery console, and then used dism.exe /image:E:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
