I am running Sequel Server 2008 R2.  There is not a version of Report Builder that works for  200 R2.  Believe me, I've tried.  Works for Win7, but not Win 8.

What version of Sequel Server do I have to run so I can run Report Builder on a Windows 8.1 PC?

According to the link in the other thread, you need SQL Server Report Builder  2014 with SQL Server 2014. This is because you are not allowed to install older versions of .NET Framework in Windows 8.
