In my windows server 2008 R2 OS in the Event Viewer there is an error pertains as Wins Warning ID 4343 states-(The WINS server noticed chance of duplicate name registration from 169.254.128.39 address for the Node UMTHAZ ( 192.168.56.1 ).)
