Windows server 2012 R2 : Server manager cant get refresh, asking reboot required, windows update not working giving error, even SFC /SCANNOW also says reboot required,

Last i have just tried to installed dotnet 4.5.2 but suddenly i got error,

Unable to install KB2934520 - Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64 based Systems (KB2934520).

even i have tried everything shown at upper post on community but still me suffering. I just got suck havent proper solution yet.

Did you try to install the separate offline installers,

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 (Offline Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008 SP2, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2

Yes Alex,

I have already tried everything, even i have tried DISM tool in terms to clean image files.

Actually there are 3 major issue simultaneously, windows update issue, server manager role and featre not getting refresh and not able to installed dot.net newer version.
