Windows server 2008 problems
Hi,
I have two problems with windows server 2008, please help:
1. HDD slow access
I installed 7 windows servers 2008 on 7 IBM 3650 M2 3 months ago, everythins was OK at that time. But now when I access hard disk or folder (on 7 servers), I get 30-60 seconds in not responding.
(CPU usage 15%, no more processes running, two hard disk running in Raid1, 2 CPU 2.0 Ghz, 8GB RAM, Installed Software: Kaspersky, Visual studio, Visual Sourcesafe, Opmanager)
How can I check or any suggesion?
2. DCOM error
I installed veritas 6.5 software on one IBM server, i get DCOM error:

Run Reliability and Performance Monitor on the server to identify the issue.
Here is a good reference article:

I see a lot of ways on how to get rid of the error message, but not on which way is the "right" choice. Also, a lot of attempts for an explanation can be read, but not the whole story. I have written an article about this error message, with the full story
of what and why and which possible solutions there are and which one is the best for you. It's a long article with a lot of side notes, but I think you need at least a little bit of background information to know what you're talking about and what you're doing.
Here it is:

I hope it helps!
