Windows server 2008 R2 sp1 installation stuck
Windows 2008 r2 sp1 installation not moving after 40 %
and heres the system log and there are no error message
The Application Experience service entered the running state. Information 8/29/2011 7:51:53 PM Service Control Manager 7036 None
Information 8/29/2011 7:42:35 PM Service Control Manager 7036 None
The WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service service entered the stopped state.Information 8/29/2011 7:42:25 PM Service Control Manager 7040 None
Information 8/29/2011 7:41:55 PM Service Pack Installer 1 None Service Pack 1 installation started.

This is an issue to pursue in the Windows Server 2008 R2 forum(s).

For me, I had to uncheck IE9, and make sure SP1 was the only thing being installed. I also used Microsoft Update, instead of the standalone SP1 installed. That fixed the issue for me.
