Hello, long logon times often belong to wrong/misconfigured DNS settings. Please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the server and the DC/DNS server of the domain.Best regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.

Hi, Please make sure that the affected server has installed the latest service pack. Assuming that the DNS setting is correct, you can perform a clean boot to see if the issue could be resolved. Hello, this may be due to several reasons: Wrong DNS configuration: you to make sure that the server points to the correct internal DNS server as primary DNS server Applied group policies: check event viewer logs for more information about the appliance of group policies (Mapped drives, folder redirection ...) Viruses / spywares / malware programs: If it is the case, you have to perform a full scan on your disks to remove them. Once done, you have to perform an in-place upgrade.
