Windows installer is trying to install a program - Roxio media manager - that I have uninstalled. windows installer cannot find it and goes into a loop.

Hi , First step i would do is to a) check the binaries in place for Roxio b) make sure the drivers are compatible with the OS you install c) restart the windows installer service d) launch the media and install if you have further problem regarding roxio you should contact the vendor.
