Hello,

I see the PowerShell icon in task bar so I guess its Windows Server 2008 R2. Copy the fonts from another known good Windows 2008 R2 server and replace the ones on this server. This should solve the problem.

Actually wed recommend you ask in Windows 7 User Interface forum as the experts in that forum are more good at solving this type of queries.

Its clearly a virus issue. Please scan you machine with a good AV and delete the affected files.
