Does the new version of Windows Web Server 2008r2 capable of running in 32 bit as well as 64?

Hello, No. All 2008 R2 OSs are available only with 64 bit versions. If you want a 32 bit OS, you have to use Windows Server 2008 x86. Hardware requirements for 2008 OSs: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsserver/bb414778 For 2008 R2, you have to use a processor that supports 64 bit OSs.
