Windows Sever 2003 CIFS and NFS

Hi there,

I've got a couple of questions relating to network driver mapping on Windows server 2003:

1) Is there a way of finding out what mount type (nfs or cifs) have been used to mount already attached network drives? I have a couple of mounts on a server which I don't know how they were mouted

2) How do I mount a CIFS drive to Windows Server 2003

3) How do I mount an NFS drive to Windows Server 2003

Many thanks,
Chris

Hi,

Net use x: \\server\share could help mount both NFS and CIFS (SMB) shares.

In order to know which one is NFS or CIFS, you can run "Net Use" in CMD and the output is like this:

You can easily find a NFS share folder.
