I had worked on almost all the versions of the windows but right now i am working on windows server 2012 R2 version and i have not updated the patch on this server yet. Kindly assist me.

 There is no Service Pack avaible for Windows 2012 r2.(if you mean that)You just need to full update your server.

Hi Ravi,

If you mean you cannot install any Windows update, please check if there is any error message or error code occurs when running Windows Update or checking Event log.

Without any information we cannot confirm the cause of your current situation. 

If it is only a specific update which cannot be installed, please let us know the name (KBxxxxxx) and the error it provided as well.
