Windows Server 2012 having IIS 8, unable to communicate to Application

I have Windows Server 2012 having IIS 8 installed.
Recently we installed below updates:

3067505
3067904
3068457
3069392
3070102
3072630
3072633
3074886
3075516
3077657
3048071
and IIS 8 stops to communicate with E: or F:
but its communicating any application deployed in C:.

Error:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Detailed Error Information:
