Windows Server 2008r2 Licensing
If we have an enterprise license for Windows Server 2008r2, is running a vm using 2008r2 STANDARD allowable under the downgrade rights?

Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise server licenses 1. One instance in the physical OSE1 and 2. One instance per OSE in up to four virtual OSEs. 3.
