Hi, If the CPU of physical machine isn't x64 then you will not be able to install virtual machine that have x64 OS. In your case, I advice you to install windows 2008 x86 as virtual machine. For x64 edition of windows 2008, there are windows 2008 x64 and windows 2008 R2 (R2 exist only in x64 edition). Good luckBest Regards Don't forget to mark it as answer if it helps

Yes Dimitar, I agree with them, you will have to implement Branchcache and Directacess, so that you must have windows 2008 R2 as servers in your environnement and windows 7 as client. It's a prerequisites, so that you need to have a pc that have a x64 cpu architecture. Good luck and hope you succeed your exams!Best Regards Don't forget to mark it as answer if it helps
