Windows Server 2008 driver missing
In Event viewer administrative events getting error message"Driver Adobe PDF Converter required for printer Adobe PDF is unknown"Any help on fixing this would be appreciated.

this is exact message from event log on server 2008
Driver Adobe PDF Converter required for printer Adobe PDF is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.When I check printer drivers no adobe driver present.

Had no idea till now this was terminal server. On your RDP connection, you have enabled the local printers so the server is attempting to map that printer so you can print locally from within the RDP session. The server does not have that printer driver installed hence the error. You need either to uncheck allowing local printers, install that printer driver, or leave it as is and know what the error is indicating.Installing the printer driver probably involves installing the Adobe software on the server.More info.Terminal Server and Printer Redirection http://blogs.technet.com/askperf/archive/2007/08/24/terminal-server-and-printer-redirection.aspx
