Windows Server 2008 as DNS, DHCP and 2nd DC in Windows Server 2003 forest domain.
Hi All,I'm just wondering if there's any issue in particular that i should know or aware before implementing a dedicated infrastructure server which runs DNS, DHCP and Domain Controller with Windows Server 2008 Standard in my existing Windows Server 2003 AD with forest functional and Domain functional level of: Windows 2000 nativewill they be compatible or i should chose Windows Server 2003 like the rest of the DNS, DHCP and DC server ?thanks. /* Support Engineer */

Hi, As I know, we can implement a Windows Server 2008 machine which runs DNS, DHCP and DC in an existing Windows 2003 Active Directory environment. I have not heard of any known issues. However, to reduce the risk, it is recommended that you perform a full backup before that.
