Windows Server 2008 Task Scheduler doesn't save view
I quite liked the explorer view of the Server 2003 task scheduler, and am trying to make the 2008 task scheduler have a similar view. I can do so by hiding the "Preview" pane and modifying column width... BUT the task scheduler view settings do not save when you close it! Therefore, I have to re-do these steps every time I open it to get the desired view. I've tried creating my own MMC as well, but no luck in getting the view to save that way either. Any advice on whether this is possible? Second question related to task scheduler... Is there a way to have tasks auto-refresh (the way they do in 2003) versus having to F5 to monitor task status? Thanks in advance...
