Hi, I would like to confirm that have you update the hardware drivers, firmware and BIOS as Mr X required? You may also uninstall the Windows Updates which were installed before the issue began to check the result. In addition, I also would like to suggest you test the issue in Safe Mode and Clean Boot. In this way, we can check if the cause is hardware or software conflicts. For the detailed steps of how to perform a Clean Boot, please refer to the following Microsoft KB article: How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 What’s the result in Safe Mode and Clean Boot?
