is this available for download on a website ? ( not the eval version...)

You can download the service pack from the
Microsoft Download Center if you are currently a Windows Server 2008 R2 customer. Alternatively you can visit the
TechNet Evaluation Center for an evaluation copy of Windows Server 2008 R2 with SP1.
