Hi,

Try to manually start these services, provide me the detailed information if any error message. Besides, is there any change before this issue happened? Such as install/uninstall programs, updates or any other. Or you may try to undo these change.

Open Event Viewer and confirm that if any related event has been logged. And please provide more information about your server, such as server role installed.
