Hi, Today I came to my client's site and tried to run Windows Backup MMC on 2k8 r1 box. This is a propprietary DB server, so when it rebooted in the middle of production, you can imagine the client's reaction. The box is now rebooted but now whenever I try to open any MMC, I get "Cannot initialze MMC snap-in" errors. This includes Event Viewer, so I can't even check logs for process that caused the restart. Any ideas would be much appreciated. THanks, Matt Smith
