Windows Server 2008 Enterprise r2 - How can i tell if my o/s is corrupt?
I have one server(1) running Windows Server 2008x64 R2 Enterprise and SQL Server 2008x64 R2 Enterprise and a second server(2) running Windows Server 2008x64 Standard and SQL Server 2008x64 Developers edition Both servers are running the same DB and web application, but server(1) is giving me some weird results when i run a SQL query, either in SSMS or via the web site. When i run the above DB and web app on a desktop using SQL Server express it also works fine! Does this automatically mean i have a bad Windows server 2008 r2 enterprise install? Thanks

Not necessarily, first, what do you mean by "weird results" and are you getting any errors either in the SQL Server logs or the Windows Event Logs? Do all three systems have an identical set of data and configuration? -- Mike Burr
