Windows Server 2008 Enterprise 32 bit Service Pack 1 Having issues with  Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007
I am having an issue of Microsoft Server 2008 Enterprise is causing Microsoft Word Enterprise 2007 crashing at random producing this error "Event Viewer Error: Faulting application WINWORD.EXE, version 12.0.6331.5000, time stamp 0x48fa27b4, faulting module x2upBC.dll, version 5079.300.0.0, time stamp 0x482445e4, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00057863, process id 0x1388, application start time 0x01cc73a45b532e18. Has anyone come across this error and if so how did you resolve it

Hi, Please understand that this is a Microsoft Office Word crashing issue. The best resource for Word issue is Microsoft Office forum. Personally, I can still provide you some troubleshooting suggestions. The file x2upBC.sys is the Xerox printer driver. To troubleshoot this issue, you may uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the printer driver. In addition, you may also disable Word add-ins to check the result. Some add-ins may use printer driver. If the issue persists, you’d better submit a new question to Microsoft Office forum for you for further assistance.
