Windows Server 2008 'Available Storage' Resource group is 'Monitored'

Hi

Strange one....I have several Windows Server 2008 R2 Clusters monitored with SCOM 2012 SP1.  However, one of the clusters is showing the 'Available Storage' resource group as 'Monitored' and in an error state.  There are no overrides in place to enable this monitor for specific class instance(s).

Has anyone else seen this behaviour, or have any idea why this might be the case?

Cheers

Shaun

Hi,

Resource group monitor is enabled by default in SCOM 2012 MP for Windows Server Cluster. Thus, please double check if it is disabled.

You can download OM2012_MP_Cluster.doc from http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=2268 for more information.
