Are you looking for some sort of notification such as an email or just a log entry? You don't necessarily need File Services. You may want to check out Auditing under Permissions.

Hi, Actually my requirement is, i have to submit a report which contains the file name , who accessed/modified,when modified like this and if anybody deleted any file should get mail alert.
