Hi all, Hard to explain this issue, but one of our clients has 5 workstations configured on a Windows Server 2008 Server platform. Last few months we are currently getting alot of issues with the workstations being unable to access the Network Drives, or when they access documents and attempt to attach to Outlook it freezes their systems. We have since changed the network card and run chkdisks on the Server as well. No errors reported on the Server. Server Specs, Zeon 6-Core, 16GB, 300GB X 2 SAS Drives -Windows Server 2008 I was hoping some one could possibly share their thoughts and ideas. Naturally if more information is required please let me know. thanks,

Hi bandit 23, Thanks for posting here. Last few months we are currently getting alot of issues with the workstations being unable to access the Network Drives, or when they access documents and attempt to attach to Outlook it freezes their systems. have we recently modified any system setting before this issue occurred ? hotfix or software installation maybe ? was there any problem to access each other form clients or just when access server? What about other services on this server ? can we ping that server form client ? Any error or warring was been recorded on client side ? what was the error prompt when access network drives ? Thanks.
