I have a HP Proliant ML 350 G4P server running Windows Server 2003 R2 trying to upgrade to a Matrox p690 PCIe x1 video card but getting "lack of resources". Wanting to run 2 monitors as the old video card is ATI Radeon 9250 PCI. I have installed video card in x4 and x8 PCIe slots. It has 2gb ram and I have removed the old video card, modem and 2nd NIC. Bios and Chipset upgraded. Other video card choices?
