Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to change the license on Windows 2008/2003 server ?What I mean is to use one type of license initially and then upon the need simply replace the curent one with the new.Thanks in advance.

Iirc, you can switch from per-seat licensing to per-server, but not the other way around. Also, this is a one time change and you cannot revert back to per-seat once you've switched to a per-server licensing scheme.
