Hi there,I have Microsoft Server 2003 Enterprise Edition which original had Microsoft Windows Script Host Version 5.8. Had a problem installing some software so I rolled back to Windows Script Version 5.7. This hasnt resolved the problem and I would like to go back to Version 5.8, however I can not find a link to download Microsoft Windows Script Host Version 5.8. Is it part of a windows update?Any info would be greatly appreciated.CheersStewart

Hi, According to my research, the build-in version of Microsoft Windows Script Host included in Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition is 5.6(wscript.exe and cscript.exe). The latest Windows Script version for Windows Server 2003 is 5.7 and there is no Windows Script Host Version 5.8. Hi. Wikipedias entry shows the different versions. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Script_Host#Version_history According to that, WSH v5.8 is not available as a seperate download. It's built into Windows 7 & Windows Server 2008 R2 only. Some more reading says that it's built into Internet Explorer 8 too and WSH v5.9 in IE9.
