Hi we bought windows sbs 2008 sp2 two days ago, and we've been trying to install it in a new server...the installation go trough but then after around 80% of the install I got the error: windows operating system cannot be installed in this hardware.... We thought that the motherboard is not compatible with sbs 2008, so we bought another brand motherboard that is certified to windows server 2008, but still the same error....I got the two logs errors and they are below.. setuperr.log 2012-07-12 19:25:13, Error [0x0f0082] SYSPRP LaunchDll:Failure occurred while executing 'C:\Windows\System32\scecli.dll,SceSysPrep', returned error code 1208[gle=0x000003e5] 2012-07-12 19:25:13, Error [0x060435] IBS Callback_Specialize: An error occurred while either deciding if we need to specialize or while specializing; dwRet = 0x4b8 we are not using RAID, just one sata 500 gig hd for the OS, with 16 gig ram, intel i7 2600k quad core, I verify the bios many times tried IDE, AHCI, and also RAID, but got always the same error, I am sure the hardware is ok , I installed win7 with no problems, I also downloaded SBS 2011 tryal version and that one installed with no problems at all....but our license won't work with sbs 2011. so my question is if there is any way I can download the media for sbs 2008 R2 that might work on my hardware, or any other solution that works... I googled the error...tried all the suggestions ...still not working at microsoft website there is no place to download sbs 2008 r2...only sbs 2011, I found one for sbs 2008 premium..but you know what the link is DEAD!!! we have no clue right now, we need help or suggestions aSAP , thank you in advance
