Windows Perfmon Issues
Standalone Windows Server 2008 Standard 64 bit running SQL Server 2008 Standard. Cannot access the perfmon counters. Received the following in the application event log. Please advise. Log Windows NT (Application) Source ODBC Category (0) Event 0 Computer Message The description for Event ID '0' in Source 'ODBC' cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display the message, or you may not have permission to access them. The following information is part of the event:'Error in d:\w7rtm\enduser\databaseaccess\src\mdac\odbc\core\dm\perf.c(460), Access is denied. : Failed to create MS ODBC Perf File Mapping'
