Windows Network Load Balancer
There are 17 TS's. 14 are in the NLB but unfortunately it sometimes sticks way to many people on one server to the point it is overloaded. Hardware version isn't in the budget till sometime late next year. Anyway to set it up per connection basis? If I set each sever to only allow a certain amount of TS users I'm guessing users will still hit a full server anyway. No matter how many times I reset someones session they still hit the same server sometimes. Windwos 2003 R2

Thanks. Thats pretty much it, it doesn't know if a server is overloaded or not so it just randomly puts someone anywhere and generally it puts them back into the same server they were in previously if you were to reset the connection (in hopes that they will hit another server)
