Where could I find help with this:If I have multiple Windows Explorer open, or a windows explorer and say "printers", if I close one they all close- I only want the one I close to close?I am running windows server 2003-It does not abend and restart- it just closes all the "like screens" (control panel, windows explorer etc)

Hi, This kind of issue may be caused by conflicts of software or incorrect settings. Lets test in Clean Boot to narrow down the cause. 1. Click Start, type "msconfig", press Enter. 2. Switch to Services tab, click Hide all Microsoft services, click Disable all. 3. Switch to Startup tab, click Disable All. Click OK. 4. Restart the system and test. If the issue persists, please help to collect the following information for research. A. I did what you requested as far as "safe" boot- same thing happened-I had 2 windows explorer opened- open up a new one for Printers- closed it and both other windows closed-I then did what you requested and uploaded the output file (LTG20_MPSReports_200905190728AM.CAB) to a directory ("problems:) under my windows live user id not sure what you mean by download address- where do I get that-is this it: http://cid-37220f4feed5bd04.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Problems

upgrading to ie 8.0 fixed the issue
