Windows Azure Trial Account

Good day,

I seem to be unable to create or activate a trial account for windows azure.

I have create a live ID, i have entered credit card information but as soon as I click purchase i get this message:

"Sorry! We could not complete the transaction using this payment method. Please contact support"

And i am unable to contact any support, the links are circular and i keep ending up in the same place i started.

Can anyone please help.

hi Quintonn,

I guess you may need connect to Azure support ASAP, it's free, and it's the best choice for you.

Please contact support team by creating a support ticket at http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/

Or if that doesn't work because you don't have an active subscription you will need to contact general customer support to have them create a support ticket for you http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers?wa=wsignin1.0

Hope it helps.

Thanks.

Regards,

Will

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I don't have an Azure account, this is what i'm trying to get.

So the only way to contact Microsoft for support is by a phone number? There is no email support for this?

Thanks

Hi,

So there is no way to resolve this without actually phoning Microsoft.

I am outside of South Africa and making phone calls from my phone is extremely expensive while I am outside of South Africa.

I was hoping that I would be able to create an Azure account using up to date technology, called the internet.
